Know that your day will run smoothly from the detailed timeline we will create. We will start by constructing a skeleton timeline for all of the events throughout your wedding weekend. And build upon them so that everyone - from the wedding party to the vendors - is aware of the part they will play.
TIMELINE ASSISTANCE
Use your workbook as a helpful resource and guide throughout your planning process. It will include all of the important details of your wedding day, such as your budget, timelines, diagrams, menus, vendor contracts, and more. And all in one easily accessible and convenient place.
WEDDING WORKBOOK
Receive a custom vendor list based on your vision and budget. You will choose whom you feel is the best fit. And to ensure plans are executed flawlessly, we will be their main point of contact before and on wedding day.
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS
Feel confident that all of your ideas and plans will come together seamlessly. We will walk through timelines, agreements, and the venue together to go over any final questions and details. On event day, your only job will be to show up and be present. Ours will be to handle the rest.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Rest easy knowing that you will receive everything you are entitled to from your venue and vendors. And that no details will fall through the cracks. We will review all of their contracts and any service and menu confirmations and paperwork with a fine-tooth comb.
